Kayla Eubanks, an American woman living in Chicago, arrived at the gate and was refused at the check-in counter because her dress was deemed "obscene and offensive" and, according to the agent in charge of boarding, "other passengers might have been offended by her presence on board."

The woman, who was supposed to board a flight on the low-cost carrier Southwest, documented the incident on her twitter account.

The boarding attendant, according to the tweet, referred to an internal regulation of the company but did not identify the rule in the contract/ticket purchased.
Southwest is known for being a super passenger friendly airline, just think of their policy of being able to check two suitcases for free, change your flight without penalty, and much more.
The situation was later recessed when the captain of the plane on which the woman was supposed to board went to check what was going on. Two chats with the passenger and the solution was found, the captain lent the young woman a tshirt allowing her to board the plane as planned.
Upon arrival, she was contacted by two airline employees who apologized for the incident
