The rumors were many, but now the first authoritative rumor has come in, however, the CEO of the Australian airline Qantas has revealed that it will be necessary to show proof of vaccination in order to fly on intercontinental routes to the Australian continent.

In this article:
"We are looking to amend our terms and conditions to inform international travelers that we will require people to get vaccinated before they can board the plane."
This was the statement of the number one of Qantas, a stance in line with the policy of the Australian government, which from the outset has been one of the most Intransigent and rigid in keeping borders closed.
It is likely that this choice will not remain isolated. While it could speed up the resumption of travel, it could clash with people's free choice to decide whether or not to get the vaccine.
It remains to be seen when and how the vaccines will be made available. What is certain is that such a constraint would complicate life for travelers, as available doses will probably not be sufficient to immunize the entire world population before the end of winter 2022.
In addition to the difficulties of issuing an immunity patent, it will have to be understood, given the variety of products available, whether all available vaccines will be valid or whether each company/country will end up choosing a different product, ending up further complicating life for travelers.
