Hilton unveils a novelty that will make all families (and more) happy

This innovation will make larger families, groups of friends, wedding attendees and other parties happy. There have always been many advantages to staying in connecting rooms, but the booking process has never been easy. In the past, to stay in connecting rooms, guests would indicate their request at the time of booking and then, many times, both calls and e-mails would follow to emphasize the importance of sharing a stay. In most cases, connecting rooms, if available, were confirmed only when the guest arrived at the hotel, during check-in, but other times some were disappointed before even unpacking.

How Confirmed Connecting Rooms Works

Users can now immediately book and confirm connecting rooms in three easy steps directly on the app:

1. select the number of rooms desired, along with the destination and dates
2. when choosing a room, check the box to indicate interest in connecting rooms
3. select each communicating room at the desired rates and book the stay with immediate confirmation
