There will be four levels into which the new loyalty program will be declined: Smart, Plus, Premium and Executive.
Through the business partnership program, in addition, "Flying" will offer customers a wide range of services and products made available by ITA Airways and its partners. The accumulated points will allow customers to fly every day of the year on any ITA Airways flight, through flexible modulation linked to the value of each individual flight.
Pending the identification of a strategic partner, ITA Airways will join Sky Team by progressively guaranteeing its travelers the code sharing With all SkyTeam members with connecting flights.
