Starting from mid-December, Air Dolomiti, Italian airline of the Lufthansa Group, raises the on-board service, offering high quality products for individual choice even for economy class.

The choice is similar to what was done by Lufthansa last year, by Swiss a few months later, and by many other airlines that have decided to eliminate the classic service for tourist-class passengers and opt for a choice of higher-quality but paid-for dishes.
The assortment offered is the result of a careful selection of high quality raw materials that will make the in-flight experience more than just a journey. A small pleasure break with an Italian taste that will also take into account the different dietary requirements.
The menu offers. fresh dishes created by Italian chefs e quick snacks accompanied by an offer of hot and cold drinks and by a selection of white, red and sparkling wines. The project aligns with the formula already introduced by other Lufthansa Group companies.
In its choice of partners, of important Italian brands, Air Dolomiti wanted to give space both to the taste that at the sustainability, favoring food packaging solutions that are safe and environmentally friendly.
Dishes recommended by SpazioItaliaBar have been studied by JRE, Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe, the desserts are creations of the Pastry Shop Biasetto, while coffee served at high altitude is Illy. These are just some of the names Air Dolomiti has chosen to collaborate with.
On-board service will be provided in strict compliance with current protective measures for the containment of Covid-19 infection.
With this new program it will be possible to arrange a wide assortment of the highest quality products that will alternate seasonally and can satisfy passengers' tastes.
