Sardinia, as well as Italy in general, has been experiencing a large number of new openings in recent years of hotel facilities connected to major world chains. Chains that, unlike in the rest of Europe and the world, have never been protagonists of the Italian hotellerie.

In this context, Sardinia in 2022 will be a protagonist with many new features. We have already talked about the Conrad Chia Laguna Sardinia, today we will instead describe the new Hyatt-branded resort, namely the 7Pines Sardinia.
The new 7Pines
The 76-room resort is expected to open in early July. It will be the second hotel in Europe to join the portfolio Destination by Hyatt e the second 7Pines resort in the EU, after the one in Ibiza.
As for our country, it will be the chain's first in Sardinia and the sixth Hyatt in Italy, after Hyatt Centric Milano Centrale, Hyatt Centric Murano Venice, The Tornabuoni, The Tribune and the upcoming reopening of the Park Hyatt Milan
Only renderings are available at the moment, but the hotel is already bookable and prices are in line with the expectations of the location and the Hyatt brand.
In July, room prices range from 1,300 euros for the basic room to over 4,000 euros per night for the Prince's suite. Prices drop toward the end of the season, but never below €300 per night.
Nestled among lush gardens, secluded beaches and centuries-old rock formations, 7Pines Resort Sardinia will be a beachfront resort surrounded by a pristine coastline and nature reserve. Guests will have a choice of three restaurants and three bars, as well as access to a private beach and pier with a bathing establishment. In addition, the resort will offer four secluded coves, two swimming pools, a spa, and a wellness center.
Overlooking the La Maddalena archipelago, guests can expect spectacular sunset views and easy access to the island's marine adventures, winding paths, and secret coves.
