Qantas, Australia's national airline, has decided to "play at home." In fact, its uniforms are made by Martin Grant, Australian designer who is well known in his homeland and also beloved by style icons of the caliber of Lady Gaga.
Bold yet classically styled, the uniforms worn by the airline's cabin crew are distinguished by an oblique red stripe, just like the one on the aircraft drift. A touch of elegance is provided by a completely fuchsia sleeve and the ribbon of the same color on the neck of the stewardesses.
"I tend to look at simplicity, nothing too complicated," explained the Australian designer.

Designed by Christian Lacroix, the uniforms of Air France Have been the same since 2005. And they are still considered among the finest airline uniforms.
