In fact, periodically, depending on the identification of specific themes, several internationally renowned Italian chefs and young talents recognized by their community as highly promising will alternate in the on-board food and wine proposal. This represents a uniqueness in the airline industry, which aims to offer our culinary excellence the opportunity to give in a unique environment a varied experience.
ITA Airways proves to be a means of spreading Italian talent, the first to come aboard is Italy's most star-studded chef, Enrico Bartolini, which is distinguished by a contemporary approach that turns luxury into simplicity and offers clients service that has Italy at its heart.
