Going to Oman comes back as easy as it used to be! All anti Covid-19 restrictions permanently dropped still in force in the Sultanate. To enter the country It will no longer be necessary to produce any document proving vaccination, mask wearing is no longer compulsory and access to public places is allowed without restrictions.

Another big step toward a return to effective normalcy in the world of tourism comes from the Sultanate itself, which further simplifies the rules for entering the country: For short stays of up to 14 days, Italian citizens are exempt from the obligation visa. For longer stays, up to 30 days and renewable once, however, it can be requested on the portal of the Royal Oman Police.
