Marriott International currently operates 10 hotels and resorts in Vietnam: 20 others had already been unveiled and will open in the coming years, with today's announcement the company Plans to grow to nearly 40 facilities by 2025.

Among the novelties will be the debut in the country of the brand's Autograph Collection Hotels, while other planned openings include the following brands: Marriott Hotels, Sheraton Hotels & Resorts and Four Points by Sheraton.

Of the eight hotels, six are conversions that are expected to be part of the Marriott system by the end of the year.
Vinpearl Landmark 81, Autograph Collection will be the first Autograph Collection hotel in Vietnam. The property will join a diverse and dynamic collection of more than 260 independent and select hotels around the world. Currently known as Vinpearl Luxury Landmark 81, the hotel is located in a 461-meter tower on the banks of the Saigon River and will feature 223 rooms and suites, three restaurants, 12 meeting rooms, a business center, spa, outdoor pool, and fitness center.
The Danang Marriott Resort & Spa should fly the Marriott Hotels brand flag after the rebranding of Vinpearl Luxury Danang. Located on Non Nuoc beach near downtown Danang, it will offer 200 rooms and suites, 39 villas with a modern design. As well as five different food and beverage outlets, meeting rooms, an infinity pool, a spa, a kids club, a tennis court, and a wide range of water sports, including a diving center.
The Sheraton Long Beach Phu Quoc Resort is located on the west coast of Phu Quoc, Vietnam's largest island and a rapidly expanding tourist landmark. Renamed from the existing Vinpearl Phu Quoc Resort.
The Sheraton Hai Phong , currently known as Vinpearl Hotel Imperial, Hai Phong, is expected to become one of the city's top choices for business and leisure travelers and a conference and event hub in the center of Vietnam's largest port city. The facility will have 362 rooms and suites and, among other things, a nightclub.
Sheraton Can Tho will be a landmark property in the thriving Mekong Delta city. Currently operating as Vinpearl Hotel Can Tho, the 262-key hotel is located on the banks of the Can Tho River, surrounded by multiple attractions. Guests can relax at the restaurant, café with terrace, and outdoor pool with poolside bar. There is also ample space for events, including a large ballroom.
The Four Points by Sheraton Lang Son is a 21-story hotel in the heart of the charming northern city of Lang Son, offering panoramic views of the surrounding forests and mountains. Currently known as Vinpearl Hotel Lang Son, it is expected to become the first hotel of this brand in the nation.
Finally, two newly built hotels are expected to open in 2025: the Sheraton Vinh and the Four Points by Sheraton Ha Giang. Both are located in unique locations that promise to attract not only domestic but also international travelers.
