"We are very happy that the celebration of the 45 millionth passenger happened to happen in Verona, a city to which we are linked by a deep affection: our activity in the Venetian city started in 2012 and, since then, we have grown steadily confirming our investments at the local level. Reaching 45 million passengers, 10 years after our debut, is a source of great pride for us and rewards our strategy of offering connections that were previously non-existent or poorly served by other companies. On behalf of the entire company, I would like to thank our employees for their hard work and the thousands of passengers who, every day, choose our aircraft for their travels. We look forward to celebrating new milestones soon alongside the SAVE Group, a reliable partner that has seen us grow flight after flight." said Valeria Rebasti, Country Manager Italy & Southeastern Europe at Volotea.
"We are particularly pleased that Volotea's 45 millionth passenger is a guest of Catullo Airport. The airline represents an important partner for us, attentive to the demands of the territory, to which it responds with a progressive activation of ever new destinations. Among the most recent highlights are the long-awaited connections to Paris and Barcelona introduced in the current summer season, which are registering a load factor of over 90%."
