The Dubai-based carrier unveiled the livery on two of its Boeing 737 MAX 8s earlier in the evening (after the game) as part of its regional partnership with the Argentine Football Association (AFA)
As The Regional Partner of the Argentine Football Association (AFA), flydubai brought the champions from Abu Dhabi to Doha after concluding their training on Nov. 18, marking the beginning of their run to the cup.

The new livery features the iconic World Cup trophy and the national flag of Argentina above the winning team including Julian Alvarez, Rodrigo De Paul, Angel Di Maria, Lautaro Martinez, Lionel Messi, Nicolas Otamendi and Paulo Dybala. The celebratory liveries are joined by the "Campeón" decal and the three-star AFA logo.
Since the launch of these special Match Day Shuttle flights on Nov. 21, flydubai has transported more than 170,000 soccer fans from around the world to Doha to take part in the world's biggest event.
Commenting on the victory of the Argentina national soccer team and the new special liveries, flydubai CEO Ghaith Al Ghaith said, "What a fantastic and fun-filled month of soccer it has been. The operation of up to 30 daily Match Day Shuttle flights between Dubai and Doha was an unprecedented milestone in the region. This was possible thanks to the support and cooperation of all parties involved, including Dubai Airports, dnata, Dubai Police, Dubai Immigration, the authorities and our partner Qatar Airways. Being able to partner with the winning team was an important milestone in flydubai's history. Congratulations to our partner, the Argentina national soccer team, and congratulations to all the teams that participated in this year's tournament that will surely go down in history as one of the most memorable editions of the World Cup to date.
