Norwegian Cruise Line lands in Israel for the first time: here's the full itinerary
Debuting in Haifa, from where it will depart for an 11-day itinerary to five countries, including Israel, Cyprus, Greece, Turkey and Italy
Norwegian Cruise Line, the innovator in the global cruise travel industry, celebrated a new milestone: the Norwegian Epic became the first of its 18 ships to call at Haifa, Israel.

The ship, from 4100 passengers and 155,873 gross tons, is theLargest vessel to call at Haifa port, from where he will leave for a 11-day itinerary to five countries, including Israel, Cyprus, Greece, Turkey and Italy.

With his maiden voyage departing from Haifa on Nov. 15, Norwegian Epic will carry out A series of 10-, 11- and 12-day cruises in December 2023 and in March and October 2024, calling at Ashdod, before stopping at Limassol (Cyprus), Rhodes (Greece), Patmos, Piraeus (Greece), Naples, Livorno, Venice (Trieste), Civitavecchia in Italy, and Split in Croatia.
Norwegian Epic's The Haven by NorwegianTM underwent an extensive renovation in late 2020, resulting in 75 renovated and updated suites, coupled with ruinnovated experiences, including The Haven Restaurant and The Haven Courtyard and Sundeck pool. Norwegian Epic was the first in the fleet to introduce the "ship within a ship" concept in 2010 with key card access, complete with private amenities, dedicated services and the most luxurious accommodations on board, and continues to feature one of the largest The Haven spaces in the NCL fleet.
The international cruise line also announced that the Norwegian Viva, its newest ship and the second of its innovative First class, Will offer a trip from Istanbul, Haifa and Piraeus (Athens) in summer 2025. The 9- and 10-day voyages will touch major ports in the eastern Mediterranean, including Athens (Piraeus), Mykonos and Santorini in Greece and Alexandria and Port Said in Egypt.
