The Fiumicino and Ciampino airports are the first in the European Union and second in the world to be awarded the prestigious "Public Health & Safety Readiness Accreditation" by Airports Council International (ACI), the independent association that surveys passenger satisfaction at more than 350 airports around the world, for proactive management in the area of public health and safety.
The award, the result of a careful investigation, was also achieved through compliance with the measures set forth in the ACI Aviation Business Restart and Recovery guidelines and the recommendations of the ICAO Council Aviation Recovery Task Force.
