Neos, direct flight takes off from Milan Malpensa to Toronto

Since April 6 Neos, Italian airline of the Alpitour Group, has begun operations between Milan Malpensa and Toronto adding a Additional piece to direct connections between Italy and North America.

Milan and the India-Canada Bridge

The flight has weekly frequency, operated with the B787-9 Dreamliner and departs every Thursday from Milan. at 12:30 p.m. and arrives in Canada at 3 p.m. The return flight is scheduled to take off at 7 a.m. and arrive in Italy at 6:50 a.m. on Friday.

Neos' service is planned as a connecting flight from Amristar, (a city in Punjab, India) which was inaugurated last December.

"The flight to Toronto is part of the networking path we have embarked on toward North America and at the same time strengthens the connection with Amritsar Airport, the main city of the federated state of Punjab, India, confirming Milan Malpensa as Italy's strategic hub and as a central stopover to and from Asia, with a view to the country's international expansion," underlines the Italian carrier's note that already flies from Malpensa for New York Jfk three times a week.

From cargo to passengers: the Neos evolution

In fact, travelers from India will be able to take advantage of the double connection from Milan to both Toronto and New York.
