Monteverdi Hall is (probably) Europe's saddest lounge and has now closed for construction. A banner blocks access to the escalators and leaves one hoping for a complete makeover of one of the two lounges in the terminal 1 area dedicated to Schengen flights.
There are no official releases, we at TFC have repeatedly tried to get in touch with the SEA press office in recent months with no luck. What we know are the rumors we have gathered from other travelers who have reported the news and rumors to us.

Note that this "novelty" that is not present on the Priority Pass app which in fact reports the lounge as regularly open. Given that there are not many lounges at Malpensa and that in the Schengen area in addition to the Monteverdi there is only the Lufthansa lounge will not be a good time for those who have to depart from this airport.
