Air Serbia Will operate flights between Belgrade's Nikola Tesla airport and the administrative center of Sicily Twice a week, every Wednesday and Saturday, throughout the summer season.
Air Serbia's inaugural flight was welcomed at Falcone Borsellino Airport, located in Punta Raisi, 35 kilometers from the center of Palermo.
"The combination of history, tradition, culture and entertainment makes Palermo a very attractive vacation destination, attracting equally those who enjoy active vacations and those who prefer to relax on a beach with a book. By launching a direct service to this city, we enabled travelers to reach the Italian island in less than two hours. With the direct connections to Catania, which we recently launched, passengers have the opportunity to combine flights and thus get to know all of Sicily. We believe that many will take advantage of this opportunity," said Boško Rupić, General Manager Commercial and Strategy at Air Serbia.
Air Serbia offers its passengers convenient connections from Palermo, via Belgrade, to Dusseldorf, Zurich, Amsterdam, Paris, Istanbul, Vienna, Ljubljana, Zagreb, Berlin, Oslo, and Stuttgart.
