To take advantage of the offer you need to link your ALL profile to ITA Airways' frequent flyer profile.
Automatic conversion of points to Volare must then be activated. The offer that allows you to earn triple points is valid for bookings from July 3 for stays completed by September 30, 2023.
Conditions of the offer
1. General - The terms and conditions of ALL - Accor Live Limitless apply to the offer Ax3ITAIR0000000723.
2. This offer entitles ALL members, regardless of their membership status, to multiply by 3 the Reward points earned by staying at any hotel participating in the ALL -Accor Live Limitless loyalty program. Points are earned based on the value of points credited to the member by the hotel following an eligible stay.
3. At the end of the eligible stay, points will be credited to the member's account in two separate transactions:
a. Reward points and Status Nights corresponding to the stay will be credited to the member's ALL - Accor Live Limitless account within 7 days of the stay.
b. Provided the conditions of the offer are met, Bonus Points will be credited to the user's ALL - Accor Live Limitless account within 6 weeks of the stay.
4.To take advantage of this offer, members must.
a. having activated ITA Airways - Fly as the preferred automatic conversion option prior to the stay. This option must remain activated until the member receives the points (Reward points and Status points) related to their stay on their ALL - Accor Live Limitless member account
b. book an eligible stay between 03/07/2023 and 03/08/2023 (until 23:59 Central European Time (CET)) for a stay between 03/07/2023 and 30/09/2023, at any of the participating hotels worldwide.
5. The stay must be at least 1 night.
6. The offer can only be used once per member during the validity period.
7. For the purpose of this offer, a stay is defined as one (1) reservation by an ALL member for one or more rooms. In other words, reservations that include more than one (1) room will be counted as one (1) stay.
8. To benefit from this offer, stays must be booked directly with Accor (via the official Accor websites, Accor All mobile apps, ALL call centers, directly at the hotel) or through a traditional travel agency whose reservation system is automatically linked to the Accor Reservations Department. Stays booked through a third-party retailer, tour operator or online travel agency (such as expedia.com, booking.com, etc.) will not be eligible for this offer.
9. Members must provide their ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty card number when making a reservation and present it to the hotel front desk upon check-in.
10. This offer cannot be combined with other current promotional offers or benefits and does not apply to groups. If the stay meets the conditions of more than one offer, only the reward points associated with the most generous offer (i.e., the one that earns the most reward points) will be credited to the member's account.
11. Stays at onefinestay are not eligible for this offer.
12. Stays paid in part or in full with Reward ALL - Accor Live Limitless points will not be eligible for this offer.
13. Offer is subject to availability. The General Terms and Conditions apply to the public rates available for each hotel.
14. Accor, participating hotels and/or offer partners will not be liable in the event of non-implementation or unavailability of the offer due to an external and unavoidable event, which makes it impossible for Accor, participating hotels and/or offer partners to implement the offer or which results in a disproportionate burden. Customers or partners will not be entitled to any compensation and the benefits of the offer (including Reward Points) will not be issued/credited if the offer cannot be implemented under these circumstances.
