Emirates lounge review at New York JFK airport
This is the lounge

The Milan/New York route aboard Emirates is a real Golden goose for Emirates and it is One of the most sought-after routes for serial accumulators of points and miles, certainly lately there has been a devaluation of points, but the ticket for this fifth freedom flight is still one of the cheapest to book, suffice it to say that flying business class round trip costs only 104 thousand Skywards points, of course there is then to add taxes which have also increased significantly.
In this article:
Of course now that the flight is operated with the 777 and not the A380 is not the same, but it is still a nice way to travel between the two cities nonstop.
Top benefits for travelers flying this route include. access to the lounges at Malpensa And this one at T4 at JFK in. New York.
Location

Emirates Lounge at T3 in New York's JFK.
The lounge is located in the Pier A area, opposed to the clubhouse of Virgin, probably the best lounge in all of JFK until American and British opened the new lounges at T8.
Access
The access rules are still the same, business class or first class passengers and economy passengers with at least gold card in the Skywards loyalty program can enter.
It is also possible to get in for a fee, but it really doesn't make sense to spend more than 100 $ to get into a lounge, even if it is the Emirates lounge.
The lounge
The hall is large and faces the terminal on both sides.
Immediately after the entrance hallway is the large area with sofas. Turning right you go to the restaurant area, like the other EK group lounges all service is self-service, including drinks.
The rest of the lounge is furnished in the same way at all other Emirates lounges around the world, Milan included.
Sofas, coffee tables, and lamps are from the same manufacturer, and from one lounge to another there is (almost) no difference.
Again, like Milan, inside the lounge there is a pier to board the plane directly is one of the special features Emirates tries to offer its passengers who thus do not have to take the stairs to go to the normal gate, but can access it directly from the lounge.
There are two big screens in the lounge; I ended up there during one of the two NFL conference finals, the last chapter before the SuperBowl.
There is also a small business center with 4 PCs and a printer available to guests.
Food & Beverage
Nothing new, even in terms of dishes, I found some proposals that were on the menu in the Milan lounge. A lack of imagination on the part of the caterers that really puzzles me also because they are not exactly the same passengers.
Good quality, beautiful dishes and very good variety, only from Emirates we expect more and better always.
In conclusion
It is like going to an upscale chain like Hakkasan or Sushi Samba, they are top restaurants with many locations scattered around the world. The aesthetics might be different, but the basics of the cuisine are always the same to make the guest feel at home regardless of whether you are in Dubai, London or Los Angeles.

Pro
- The quality of Emirates
Against
- Little imagination
