Vienna lounge is the best Priority Pass in the world: special mention also for Marco Polo club in Venice

The best lounge in the world is the one in Vienna, located at Terminal 1 of the Austrian capital's airport: this is said by Priority Pass, which again this year, with its Priority Pass Excellence Awards, ranked the world's best airport lounges.

Starting Oct. 1, the cost of Priority Pass lounge admissions increases

There are 3 categories: Lounge of the Year, Pioneer of the Year (award given to the most innovative lounges) and All Star of the Year (recognition earned by the halls with the best employees); while the first category is historical, the other two are new this year.

To decide the winners of the Lounge of the Year category, Priority Pass-which offers a network of more than 1,500 lounges scattered in nearly 150 countries around the world-collected the votes of its members, which were based on the quality of the offer and service and the food and wine proposal; for the other two categories, however, the winners were nominated by Priority Pass partners.

The best Priority pass lounge in the world is Vienna

The overall winner, as mentioned, is Vienna; Priority Pass, however, also decreed the best lounges in the various areas. In theAsia Pacific area triumphs the Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club, located at Hong Kong International Airport's Terminal 1; Priority Pass, then, also cites Taiwan International Airport's Oriental Club Lounge in its ranking, calling it "highly recommended."

For the North America the top-rated lounge by Priority Pass members is the Aguascalientes VIP Lounge at Mexico's Aguascalientes airport, to be exact; the highly recommended lounge, on the other hand, is the Escape Lounge at Hancock International Airport in Syracuse, New York state.
