Whenever we get reader reviews - whether of a flight, a lounge or a hotel - we publish them with great pleasure: today it is the turn of a Frederick, historical reader who has already sent us several reviews, this time tried the Icelandair's Saga lounge.
In this article:
The Saga lounge is located near the Gate A15 at Keflavík International Airport. (50 km and more west of Reykjavík, in Iceland).
Icelandair's lounge, which is accessible only to business customers, is very large (more than 1,000 square meters of space), and quiet: in the middle of the lounge, then, there is a cozy fireplace which makes quite a splash; worth mentioning are the Large windows that give a beautiful panoramic view On the slopes.
The lounge is well stocked for breakfast, with sweet and savory offerings; at 8:30 a.m., when I visited, it was almost empty.
Finally, among other things, there are also the restrooms that give passengers on long layovers the opportunity to have a shower.
Final judgment: excellent, definitely promoted.
Important: The Saga lounge at Keflavík International Airport. is not on the priority pass app, so I would say that you cannot access with Amex but only with a business ticket or if you are a status holder of some companies.
