The summer that is about to begin will be particularly rich for Vueling, the Spanish low-cost airline. The carrier, owned by the IAG group, announced a total of 248 routes to 101 destinations at 29 Countries.Â

As far as Italy, Vueling consolidates its presence by offering passengers. 39 routes to 15 destinations in 6 European countries: Spain (Barcelona, Madrid, Bilbao, Valencia, Malaga, Alicante, Ibiza, Palma de Mallorca), England (London), Netherlands (Amsterdam), France (Paris), Croatia (Dubrovnik and Split) and Greece (Mykonos and Santorini). Not only that: the low-cost Spanish company will launch a new route - the Comiso-Barcelona, with two flights a week - and will also reactivate the connection between Milan (LIN) e Barcelona; it will also operate domestic flights connecting Florence airport with the Sicilian airports of Catania and Palermo.Â
During the summer of 2024 will be 15 Italian airports served by Vueling connections: Bologna, Bari, Cagliari, Catania, Comiso, Genoa, Milan Linate, Milan Malpensa, Naples, Olbia, Palermo, Turin e Venice, in addition to the two international bases Florence e Rome-Fiumicino.
