The chicken today or the egg tomorrow? this is the dilemma that members without status in the One Rewards program face, choosing between immediate Silver status or qualifying double nights (up to 15 nights). If those with status take the choice for granted, it is different for those with nothing and few scheduled stays at IHG hotels.
