If you are looking for a hotel in the Hilton group at Hong Kong there is not much choice; in fact, one might say there is no middle ground. Besides this Garden Inn there is only one Conrad located, however, in the Central area, that is, in the southern part of the former British protectorate.

I will never tire of repeating that. if you want to get points and benefits you have to book directly and not through sites or intermediaries. This applies to Hilton as it does to all other hotel chains. Unless you want to book a stay in a 4/5-star hotel, then my advice is to contact the ACIblueteam Exclusive team and get credit to spend, upgrades and special treatments with or without status.
In the end with a cost of about 130 euros I accumulated almost 6700 Hilton Honors points, considering that there are several places in the world where with 5k points you sleep a night for free I can't complain.
Location
It is on the corner of Soy Street and Tak Cheong Street in Mongkok, less than 4 minutes from Nathan Road and a 5-10 minute walk from Mong Kok and Yau Ma Tei MTR stations. This provides access to the Airport Express via Tsing Yi and Lai King.
The facility is also Close to the famous night market on Temple Street and Ladies' Market, as well as the Langham Place shopping center, perfect for all kinds of travelers.
Check-in
We arrived with Marika in the late afternoon brought us to the door of the hotel lo chauffeur from Emirates, a service included in first and business class tickets And we had just gotten off the A380.
Of course disembarking from a Mercedes S-Class after doing 10 hours aboard the Emirates F and ending up in a modest 3-star is not the best, but as always when I travel I always hop from hotel to hotel and in this case it was logical to choose this hotel for the first night in Hong Kong.
Uncrowded lobby, friendly staff and After a few minutes we were headed to our room, in the Garden Inn at most they can give you a high floor as an upgrade and so we ended up on the 19th floor overlooking the northern part of the city.
The room
Garden Inn offers a reliable, quality product at a fair price. The beauty of chains is just that, you don't risk ending up in a dump and you have a perfect idea of what to expect.
Spacious room, cm are expensive in Hong Kong, so having so much space available was not a given. In addition to the king bed also a comfortable sofa placed in front of the window.
The view from our room was definitely better at night than during the day, but in any case the skyline was one that leaves one pleasantly amazed. From the higher floors, it was probably also possible to catch a glimpse of the sea, but is definitely not a view comparable to that of the W Hotel.
The bathroom was also what is expected in this hotel sign.
The rooftop
On the top floor of the hotel is the fitness area and swimming pool.
The gym is really small, but as usual I remember that I am not part of the group of travelers who frequent these environments.
The pool is not huge, but the view of the skyline is really nice. Let's just say that a dip after a humid day around the city is a nice option.
In conclusion
Our stay was very short, and since we ate a lot of street food on the streets of Hong Kong in the evening, we did not even try breakfast.
I honestly did not dislike it as a location and as a facility. HK being a very expensive city at the right price I would definitely opt for this hotel.
