As of today, GNV has made operational an important revamping of the loyalty program "myGNV" which compared to the past will allow a significant improvement: cashback increases from 2.5% to 20%.
After a careful market analysis, the Company decided to invest on the new myGNV project also with the aim of increasing the number of so-called "repeater" travelers, up to 34% by the end of 2024 and further in the coming years. Indeed, on the one hand, these represent an important part of GNV's customer base (especially for routes to Morocco, Tunisia, Sardinia and Sicily), and on the other hand, they are notoriously the most sensitive to the companies' loyalty programs.
Thanks to such a program, which also provides a number of onboard benefits, such as discounts (5% to 20%) to be used at restaurants and shops, GNV also aims to reward loyal customers by improving their travel experience.
How myGNV works
The best bonuses
You accumulate points by traveling, the mechanism is simple and is, not even to mention, revenue based that is, you accumulate one point for every 10 euros spent on GNV tickets. Simply enter the MyGNV code in the appropriate field within the mask containing the holder's data, or in the case of booking at an agency, simply communicate your MyGNV code before the ticket is issued and request the operator to allocate the relevant points by entering the MyGNV code within the booking system.
MyGNV elite levels
- Turtle which you get once you accumulate at least 100 points and up to 299. Allows you to have the 5% discount on board
- Octopus requires between 300 and 599 points. Double the discount for onboard spending
- Dolphin triggers when 600 points are exceeded and gives 15% discount in on-board restaurants and 20% in stores.
