Okay, I know, summer has just begun; but it is good to start projecting toward the winter season to better plan for the vacations and not miss out on great bargains.
In this article:
Cathay Pacific, in this regard, announced the new winter schedule: the Hong Kong company, starting from next Oct. 27, will connect Milan (MXP) e Hong Kong with 5 flights per week (on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays). Departure from MXP is scheduled at 11:45 a.m., while arrival at HGK is scheduled for 06:30 a.m. the next day (local time); on the reverse leg, it will take off at 00:50 a.m. (local time) and arrive at the Milan airport at 07:30 a.m.
Flights will be operated with the Airbus A350-900 of CX, set up in 3 classes of service: business, premium economy and economy class. Of course, if you decide to fly business class you will not enjoy the new Aria Suites (Cathay is installing them only on Boeing 777s) but so be it: the business seat on A350s is still a respectable product.
The connection from Milan will allow travelers to reach not only Hong Kong but also to continue to the other destinations in Cathay's network, such as Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand and many others.
Cathay Pacific, as is well known, is part of theoneWorld alliance: it is then possible to detach some prize tickets using, for example, British Airways Avios or Transferring MR points to Asia Miles, Cathay Pacific's loyalty program.
