After almost 10 years of stop, TAP Air Portugal begins again to connect Portugal and Manaus, capital of the Amazon state; the date to mark on the calendar is November 4, when there will be the inaugural flight.

TAP will connect Lisbon e Manaus with 3 flights per week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Departure from the Portuguese capital is scheduled for 10:35 a.m., while arrival in Amazon is scheduled for 6:20 p.m.; on the reverse leg, flight TP0052 will take off from Manaus at 7:50 p.m. and touch down on the runway at Lisbon Airport at 11:10 a.m. the following day.
Flights to and from Manaus are direct: there is only one technical stop in Belém lasting 1 hour, without passengers having to disembark. The aircraft used in this route will be the Airbus A321LR which TAP has set up in two classes: business class (16 seats) and economy (155).
