Starting in July, business class travelers will receive a new amenity kit: The design on the outside of the clutch bag features the Italian brand's characteristic zig-zag pattern; the same pattern is found on the inside, where Delta and Missoni-thanks to a particular shade of heavenly - wanted to celebrate the view that can be seen from the aircraft window at 35 thousand feet of altitude.
Inside the clutch bag, travelers will find a dental hygiene kit, skin care products, eye mask and earplugs, socks and a pen; Delta biz passengers will also have Delta One bedding collection, which includes a comforter, pillow and slippers, at their disposal. As mentioned, the new beauties will be available starting next month but only to certain destinations: to and from Italy and Paris; however, the launch in the rest of the world will take place in September.
Finally, it should be mentioned that in the new Delta One Lounge of New York's JFK Airport (scheduled to open next June 26), a selection of Missoni's collection will be featured in addition to the new amenity kits.
"For our Delta One class, we strongly wanted to create a travel experience, both on the ground and in the air, that was truly excellent, and the elegance and prestige of Missoni aligns perfectly with this vision."-Explains Mauricio Parise, Delta's Vice President Brand Experience-"The amenity kits designed by Missoni, along with unique design elements that will be featured in our Delta One Lounge at JFK, will represent a distinctive enrichment of excellence designed for our most exclusive spaces."
