This brings to 10 the number of carriers that have put pen to paper. the agreement with Volare, an agreement that allows respective loyalty program members to accumulate points regardless of the carrier used.
On Volare's website was updated list of carriers who have signed the Italian company's frequent flyer agreement and are half of the active companies at this time and are:

It is also possible to apply for back-credit for flights made on or after March 8, 2024 through the appropriate section

The benefits of ITA/Saudia codeshare
Specifically, customers flying with Saudia to Italy can reach 12 domestic destinations (Venice, Bologna, Florence, Lamezia Terme, Palermo, Catania, Turin, Naples, Bari, Reggio Calabria, Genoa and Brindisi), 15 international (Amsterdam, Athens, Frankfurt, Cairo, Geneva, Brussels, Madrid, Sofia, Tirana, Nice, Munich, Barcelona, Malta and London City) and 9 intercontinental (including Miami, San Francisco, Boston, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo) via ITA Airways flights from Rome Fiumicino International Airport.
ITA Airways customers, on the other hand, can access 11 destinations in Saudi Arabia (Medina, Dammam, Neom Bay, AlUla, Abha, Jizan, Tabuk, Yanbu, Ha'il, Turaif, and Ta'if) and 7 international destinations (Doha, Dubai, Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore, Dhaka, and Manama) offered by the Saudia network via Jeddah and Riyadh airports.
Passengers on ITA Airways and Saudia will benefit from numerous privileges, including booking a single ticket for itineraries with connecting flights, baggage check-in to the final destination as well as accumulating and redeeming points to make upgrade and other benefits frequent flyer, in addition to existing benefits available to SkyTeam Elite and Elite Plus members. Exclusive services include priority check-in and boarding, preferential counters for baggage drop-off, and additional baggage allowances.
Customers will also benefit from a more accessible procedure for obtaining the transit visa, which can be issued through digital channels in collaboration with Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and stay for up to 96 hours to access the Kingdom's many events.
