The design will recall the culture of the place, with decorations and Japanese artworks. Based on the only render available, then, the lounge should enjoy a view Not bad on the slopes.
Who will be able to access
Again, there is not much information released by Amex.

We can assume, however, that they will be able to enter - as is already the case in the other Centurion lounges - holders of American Express platinum (both business and personal) and, of course, American Express holders Centurion.

When it opens its doors, the new Centurion Lounge in Tokyo will be the third located outside the United States (after The VIP lounge located at London-Heathrow Terminal 3.) and the second in Asia after the one located at Hong Kong Airport.
