Recently, in these pages, you read a review of the LOT Polonez Lounge located in theFrederic Chopin" Warsaw Airport. In two words, actually three: we liked it.

We are returning to the topic as it is news in recent hours that, starting this month, the business lounge of LOT Polish Airlines will be affected by major renovations, which is scheduled to end in December 2024.
The lounge, after the work, will present some completely renovated interior: the obviously modern design will combine elegance and functionality. Not just renovation: Polonez Business Lounge will be expanded, and not by a small amount; when the work is completed, passengers will have 153 square meters more space available, for a total of 860 square meters of space. In addition, the hall will offer 64 additional seats and also a view of the terminal, which is located in the lower level.

"We constantly strive to make the LOT Polish Airlines passenger experience exceptional at every stage of travel, which is why we are pleased to announce the renovation of our LOT Business Lounge Polonez. Through passenger satisfaction surveys, we know that the lounge is rated well, especially in terms of the food and beverage offerings. However, we realize that [...] the lounge is visited by many travelers, so as part of the modernization, we will introduce more space and services. [...]," explains Izabela Leszczyńska, Director of product development and customer experience by LOT Polish Airlines.
The good news is that the renovation and expansion work will take place in several phases: thus the lounge will not be closed, will remain operational daily from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. Then, of course, one must expect a slightly noisier lounge than usual, but so be it: nothing that cannot be endured.
