Emirates unveiled today the first destinations where Boeing 777s outfitted with the new cabins will land. The first passengers to board the new seats will be those departing from Geneva August 11 (flight EK83/84), Tokyo Haneda September 1 (flight EK312/313) and Brussels September 11 (flight EK183/184).

    In total, 81 Boeing 777s will be refurbished as part of Emirates' investment in its retrofit program, and more destinations to be served with the airline's latest products will be announced over the coming months. The staggered seating arrangement provides aisle access for each seat, with direct entry and exit for customers.

    The seat is accented by a touch screen controller for in-flight entertainment and seat operation, a 23-inch personal HD screen, one of the largest in the skies, connected to the airline's award-winning ice entertainment system, as well as a personal minibar, a large table and ample stowage for personal devices, charging outlets, and more.

    The Boeing 777 Business Class cabin will also include a small bar where customers can quickly grab snacks and drinks mid-flight.
