In conclusion
Unfortunately, the partnerships Uber has with different carriers are "only" local, you have to have a U.S. account to merge program with Marriott, you have to be in the UK in order to accumulate Avios and now here comes this with Air France KLM.
On the contrary LYFT allows you to accumulate points with Hilton Honors, without any limitation or restriction based on account type or geographical restriction.
