More news in the house Wizz Air. After unveiling new winter routes from Rome and Milan in recent weeks, the Hungarian carrier announced two new destinations in Egypt : Sharm El-Sheikh e Mars Alan.

The date to mark on the calendar is the next October 29: direct flights will depart that day from Rome-Fiumicino to Marsa Alan; the operative includes 3 weekly frequencies, every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. On Tuesdays, it will take off from Fiumicino airport at 1:35 p.m. and arrive in Egypt at 7:35 p.m.; on Thursdays, on the other hand, it will depart Rome at 2:50 p.m. and land in Marsa Alan at 8:50 p.m.; finally, on Saturdays, departure from FCO is scheduled at 10:30 a.m., while arrival in the Egyptian city is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. (local time).
On the same day, connections will also begin from Catania to Sharm El-Sheikh: in this case the following are provided two flights every week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Departure from Catania is scheduled at 6 p.m., while landing in Sharm-El-Sheikh is scheduled at 10:15 p.m. (local time); on the reverse leg, it will depart Egypt at 10:50 p.m. and arrive in the capital at 1:10 a.m. (local time). All flights will be operated by Airbuses from the A320 family in Wizz's fleet.
