Terms and conditions of the offer
To participate in the "3,000 Points Every 2 Nights" Promotion ("Promotion"), you must have an active and valid IHG One Rewards member account and register for the Promotion. Members may pre-register for this Promotion from September 12, 2024 until September 18, 2024 ("Pre-Registration Period"). Members may stay and earn IHG One Rewards bonus points under this Promotion from September 19, 2024 through December 31, 2024 ("Promotion Period"). Members who did not join during the Pre-Registration Period may still register for the Promotion for the duration of the Promotional Period. Each member may only register once. By registering to take advantage of the Promotion, a member agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
After registering for the Promotion, members can earn 3,000 bonus points for every two (2) valid nights spent during the Promotion Period. Points earned during the "3,000 points for every 2 nights" Promotion can be used to redeem Reward Night, gift items or in other ways as allowed by the IHG One Rewards program. The period required to award points may vary depending on the promotion, so it may take up to 6 weeks before the earned bonus points are visible on the recipient's account.
For an overnight stay to be considered valid under this Promotion, it must be made during the Promotional Period and be part of a Stay valid for the purposes of the Promotion. As specified, the "Promotional Period" runs from September 19, 2024 to December 31, 2024. It does not include overnight stays that do not occur during the Promotional Period, nor those that are part of a Stay completed prior to enrollment in the Promotion. In accordance with the provisions of this Promotion, a "Valid Stay for the purposes of the Promotion" means a minimum stay of one (1) night booked with a valid Reward Rate at a participating hotel, with a total spend in excess of US$30 (or the equivalent in the local currency) per overnight stay. Stays booked using Reward Night or Points & Cash are not considered Valid Stays for purposes of the Promotion. Reservations made through online travel agencies or other booking sites such as booking.com or expedia.com will not be considered valid for the purposes of this Promotion (for further details on valid Rates, please see all Terms and conditions of IHG One Rewards membership. ). If more than one member who has registered for the Promotion checks in for the same room, only one of them will be eligible to accumulate points under this Promotion for valid overnight stays. If a member books more than one room for the same night, that member will receive credit for the purposes of this Promotion for only one of the rooms that meets the valid overnight stay requirements under the Promotion.
A member's participation in the IHG One Rewards program and this Promotion are subject to the Standard Terms and Conditions of IHG One Rewards membership, which can be viewed here or by visiting ihgonerewards.com. Bonus points earned through this Promotion do not count toward Elite status under the IHG One Rewards program.
IHG has the right to withdraw points from a member's account if such points have been deposited into the member's account in error; in addition, it may revoke all points from the member's account if the member misuses the IHG One Rewards program, including, but not limited to, misuse of the point redemption process. IHG expressly reserves the right to remove a member's points, downgrade the member's status, or cancel the member's account if fraudulent use of the Promotion is detected; in addition, any fraudulent or other prohibited activity related to the member's account, this Promotion, limited rate offers, or the IHG One Rewards program, is subject to the Terms and Conditions of IHG One Rewards membership, including any identified action that may be taken in response to such activity. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IHG's interpretation of the scope and application of the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will prevail; IHG also reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion. This Promotion is valid only for those who are eligible to participate and have registered to take advantage of the Promotion; such eligibility or participation may not be assigned or transferred. Any applications for this Promotion must be made by February 28, 2024.
