The third Airbus A330-200 (brands YU-ARD) of Air Serbia has officially entered the fleet. Welcomed at Belgrade's Nikola Tesla Airport by the company's top management, the aircraft promotes EXPO 2027 (scheduled to take place in Belgrade between May 15 and August 17, 2027) with a special livery.

"The expansion of the network of long-haul destinations is closely linked to the development of a fleet of aircraft capable of operating these flights. We have operated connections to North America and the People's Republic of China with two Airbus A330-200s, and now a new aircraft of the same type strengthens our fleet. In anticipation of the upcoming EXPO 2027 exhibition and with the desire to help promote this important event for the Republic of Serbia and the entire region, we decided to present the visual identity of this exhibition through Air Serbia's third wide-body aircraft. We expect another similar aircraft to join our fleet by the end of 2024, branded in the same way," commented the CEO of Air Serbia, Jiri Marek.
Air Serbia's new A330-200, which left the Airbus factory in 2014, is outfitted in two classes: 22 business class seats and 240 economy seats. The configuration of business class seats is alternating, 1-2-1/1-2-2: places to be discouraged are 2H and 2K, 4H and 4K, as the privacy is not so much and besides that there is no direct access to the corridor (for seats H and K).
Air Serbia currently has a fleet of 26 Aircraft - 10 ATR 72s, 10 Airbus A319s, 3 Airbus A320s and 3 A330-200s - and flies to 8 Italian cities: Bari, Bologna, Catania, Milan, Naples, Palermo, Rome and Venice.
