Asiana connects Seoul and Barcelona with 5 flights per week, every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Normally this route is served by OZ's flagship A350-900XWB. On Sunday, March 2, and Friday, March 7, however, will be employed as mentioned theAirbus A380.
Departure from Barcelona is scheduled at 8:40 p.m., with arrival in Seoul at 5:05 p.m. the following day (local time); conversely, takeoff from ICN is scheduled at 11:15 a.m. and landing in BCN at 5:50 p.m. (local time).
Asiana's A380 is outfitted in two classes: business and economy. In the main deck there are 12 business seats, the so-called 'business suites', and 319 seats in tourist class. On the upper deck, however, there are 66 business class seats and 106 economy class seats. The configuration of business-both suites and 'standard' seats-is 1-2-1: all passengers have, therefore, aisle access.
Asiana has a fleet of 77 aircraft, 6 of which are Airbus A380-800s that have an average age of just under 10 years.
