In order to take advantage of this offer, you must not only be a Bonvoy member but also register and book By next November 7; stays are to be completed no later than January 31, 2025.
As stated in the T&Cs, in addition to the 30,000 bonus points Bonvoy members get 5 basis points per U.S. dollar (or equivalent in other currency) on all qualifying expenses incurred and paid through the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy platform.
In addition, payment for the stay can only be made by cash or credit card; points, finally, will be credited to the account within 72 hours after the completion of the stay.
Homes & Villas is Marriott's proposal for longer stays: Bonvoy members have access to a not inconsiderable number of homes all over the world, including Italy. Homes & Villas, in fact, attempts to steal some ground from portals such as AirBnb: prices, it must be said, are often higher than the competition, but the convenience lies in the fact that you can accumulate and spend your Bonvoy points.
