Oct. 19 adj. It took about 3 days to restore the disservice, this morning, Oct. 19, I received the email in which I was notified to upgrade to Premium, which is the old status I had until 72h ago.
I just received an email from Radisson Rewards., a loyalty program of the hotel chain of the same name, informing me of my downgrade from Premium to Club, that is, from the status that used to be called Gold to the starting level.
Within 20 minutes I also received several messages from TFC readers. and members of our community who received the same communication.
Honestly I would not miss this card Which, Of the 4 offers included as benefits of the American Express Platinum Card., was the least interesting one and that in 10 years of Platinum I used 4 or 5 times,
The first thing I thought was that the partnership with Amex had ended., I contacted the toll-free number and the very nice person who answered, after putting me on hold, could not confirm/deny me the issue and simply told me that I would be contacted again for updates.
I then contacted Radisson and the worker who responded informed me that it is a technical problem on their side and that all notifications sent are incorrect and should be restored shortly.
