The sign W Hotels by Marriott is synonymous with luxury, but not only that: it is dedicated, in fact, to travelers who also seek design and entertainment. On The Flight Club we have posted several reviews of properties that are part of this chain-the latest, in order of time, to come out was the super presidential suite at the W hotel in Sidney.

Present in nearly 70 destinations scattered around the world, the W Hotel sign also recently debuted in the Czech Republic, in Prague. The hotel stands in what was once known as the "Grand Hotel Europe", a historic Art Nouveau structure located on Wenceslas Square.
The building has been restored and now features a color palette that echoes the original tones of the building, namely yellow, beige, dark gray, and green; in addition to this, the architectural firm DAM added an elliptical-shaped wing with as many as nine floors. Inside, on the other hand, the hotel features several works of art: among them is the mural by Michael Škapa, located in the W Lounge Garden. The facility has a total of 161 rooms, 23 of which are suites. Among these we find, noteworthy are the E-WOW Suite - modern reinterpretation of the Presidential Suit - and the WOW Bohemia Duplex.
As varied as the culinary offerings are plentiful Of the W Hotel Prague. Within the structure will once again rise the iconic Grand Café. We find, then, the Grand Café's Petit Beefbar, an upscale bistro where guests can enjoy fine meats. At W Lounge Garden, again, travelers can enjoy signature cocktails accompanied by the musical selection curated by Adriana Mižigárová.
Bisou is, on the other hand, the perfect space to have a drink with friends, while to enjoy the city's skyline you can't help but drop by in the bar of theAbove Rooftop. The Minus One, finally, offers a selection of cocktails curated by award-winning mixologist Jan Šebek, including modern drinks and a selection of revisited classics.
Also respectable are the fitness offerings: guests will have at their disposal the AWAY Spa - equipped with a sauna, steam room, whirlpool and massage room, and the gym.
As one of the most luxurious signs in the Marriott portfolio, the W Hotel in Prague is obviously not cheap: to stay, for example, two nights in early February 2025, the rates start at about 300 euros per night.
