Hunt for a million SAS miles, the company now seems to me to be in disarray

Less than 48 hours remain until the close of the challenge launched by SAS., a challenge that is proving far more difficult for the company than for the frequent flyers around the world who have decided to take it up.
In this article:
If for many flying 15 Skyteam carriers was as easy as drinking a glass of water, For the company has created challenges that seem insurmountable. Not only has the carrier changed the terms and conditions twice, but today when there are less than two days left until the contest closes, things don't seem to be going right.
These days I have been contacted by several "fellow" travelers whom I met in my challenge and we all, more or less have the same problem: flight backcredit. Certainly SAS has lengthened the time to apply for points, but the limbo situation that has arisen makes me think that the numbers of participants are even higher than I had assumed.
The hoax was in the past few days when I made the manual request for the Air Europa flight back-credit I flew from Barcelona to Madrid. I did the procedure and received the confirmation, too bad the flight credit did not arrive as it did with the other flights in which I made the same request.
Unable to get in touch with SAS
The point is that today getting in touch with the company is practically impossible, in the last two days I have wasted hours waiting at the switchboard only to get to the point that after more than 60 minutes of waiting the line drops. I have all my boarding passes, but at the moment I still lack credit for two flights: the 15th and 16th.
I would like to know, for example, whether for some reason the two flights I am missing are valid or not, That is, whether it's just a matter of time or should I jump on the first UX flight. And cut 15 quota before New Year's Eve.
It's not just me in this situation
I met about 20 people during this treasure hunt, the last ones being a Taiwanese couple on their honeymoon and a Korean guy, just on the Tarom flight from Madrid to Bucharest.
The Korean boy after returning home left precisely because of the doubt that the AF flight was invalid and so December 27 boarded a Taipei/Paris flight. to put the flight with the French company on record, yesterday an American friend completed his challenge, but he too has a long list of flights that still needs to be credited.
Same for Anteo, the Italian boy, whom I crossed paths with in Amsterdam. He lacks the accreditation for the Saudia flight, so he decided to fly these days with Air Europa, hoping to see him listed on his profile.
In conclusion
I am increasingly curious to see how many thousands of point and mileage accumulators will have achieved the million, I hope that, sooner or later, SAS will release data to tell the story of this challenge, surely there must be a lot of them because otherwise they would not explain the hours of waiting at the call center, the miles claim system bogged down and not working.
In the meantime, I am very torn whether to leave for Nice to catch the first UX flight leaving for Madrid or hope to see a notification on my cell phone that one of my two missing flights has been credited.
