Madrid, Barcelona, Athens, Sharm-El-Sheikh and Budapest: here are the five new destinations which Wizz Air will offer from theVenice airport during the summer 2025.

They will be 3 weekly flights to and from Sharm-El-Sheik and Athens. (every Monday, Wednesday and Friday), and Budapest (on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays); it is planned to one daily flight, on the other hand, in the routes to Madrid and Barcelona. On March 8, connections to Budapest will begin, on March 30 it will be the turn of direct flights to the two Spanish destinations, and on March 31 the first aircraft to Athens and Sharm-El-Sheik will take off. Besides that, then, Wizz Air will increase frequencies to Chisinau: It will increase from 3 to 4 flights per week.

The expansion of routes, Wizz points out, is made possible by the addition to the fleet of a new Airbus A321neo: During the summer of 2025, therefore, there will be two aircraft based at the lagoon airport.
Wizz Air, which has been present in our country since 2004, offers over 200 routes by 25 Italian airports.
