The ayatollahs, then, They defy (once again) Europe's sanctions. This we say because Iran Air Tour, a company headed by Seyyed Reza Mousavi, January 31 next year will begin to fly between Tehran e Paris (CDG); there will be two weekly flights, every Monday and Friday. The connections will be operated the Airbus A300-600 (average age almost 33 years) present in the fleet. Not only that. CEO Mousavi has indicated his intention to begin flying also in other European countries, such as Germany, Spain and Italy. We will see if words are followed by deeds.
Iran AirTour's fleet consists of. 12 Aircraft: 2 Airbus A300s, 4 A310s, and 6 McDonnel Douglas MD-80s (in MD-82, MD-83 and MD-87 variants). Color note about the McDonnel Douglas.: Two MD-82s, in particular, have flown for two Italian airlines. The first, EP-MDG brands, before arriving in Iran, flew until 2005 for Alitalia. The second, on the other hand, makes EP-MDZ, first flew for Alisarda and then for Meridiana.
