As of June 23 next, easyJet will become the only airline to connect Milan-Malpensa and Biarritz, pearl of the French Atlantic coast in the Basque Country region. They will be two flights per week, on Mondays and Fridays. On Mondays, departure from MXP is scheduled at 3:25 p.m., while arrival in BIQ is scheduled for 5:05 p.m.; on Fridays, however, takeoff from Malpensa will be at 11:30 a.m., while landing in Biarritz is scheduled for 1:10 p.m.
Two days later, the June 25, 2025, direct flights to Thessaloniki, the second largest city in Greece. Again they will be two weekly frequencies, every Wednesday and Sunday. On Wednesdays, departure from MXP is scheduled in the morning, at 07:00, while arrival in Greece is scheduled at 10:20; on Sundays, however, takeoff from Milan will be at 06:15, while landing in Thessaloniki is scheduled for 09:35.
Last but not least, on the same day - the June 25 - Flights will also begin from Naples to Fuerteventura, one of the most fascinating islands in the Canary Islands. Only one weekly frequency is scheduled, on Wednesdays. Departure from Capodichino is scheduled at 12:40 p.m.; arrival in Thessaloniki is scheduled, however, at 4:10 p.m.
The British low-cost carrier, with more than 250 connections to and from 18 Italian airports, is thus consolidating its presence in the Bel Paese.
