The ITA Airways Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting met today and appointed the Company's new Board of Directors, composed of five members, specifically Antonella Ballone, Joerg Eberhart, Lorenza Maggio, Sandro Pappalardo and Efrem Angelo Valeriani, and the new Board of Statutory Auditors, in the persons of Paolo Ciabattoni, Angela Florio and Federico Testa.
