22 routes, 3300 flights (+11% compared with the previous year) and over 511 thousand passengers: these are the numbers that Volotea, a Spanish low-cost airline, recorded during 2024 in theVenice "Marco Polo" airport.

The "Marco Polo" has always been a key airport for the company's business: in fact, for those who do not know, it was in the lagoon airport that Volotea began its adventure back in 2012 and, since then, has carried more than 7.2 million passengers.
In Venice, the company also ended the year 2024 with a NPS (Net Promoter Score) equal to 40.4, which is close to 52.2 among Megavolotea customers (the program that entitles them to exclusive discounts, dedicated services and promotional offers, ed.); the Net Promoter Score is the benchmark indicator used by the industry whose purpose is to measure the customer satisfaction. In Italy, more generally, in 2024 Volotea recorded an NPS of 42.1 (up 8 from the previous year) and a completion factor (percentage of successfully operated flights) of 99.3%. 2024 went well, in short. What about 2025? Looking ahead, the low-cost carrier consolidates its achievements with a 635,000 places for sale in Venice (+13% vs 2024) and over 3,600 flights (+7% vs 2024).
