Starting today, Premium Volare passengers have access to all LH Group lounges (and more)

A small update from what we have written in recent days as of today the announced changes have become operational.

Volare status and LH lounges

Lounges where the Italian airline's passengers are welcome around the world, or rather the airports where the Italian airline flies, have been updated on the ITA Airways website.

However, there are also regrets, for example, as of today no more Skyclub Lounge at Haneda, while you will have access to the Sakura Lounge.

An American friend of mine, as sick of miles and flying as I am, just wrote to me telling me that with an LH ticket to fly from Paris CDG to Zurich, via Munich he was welcomed into the Star Alliance Lounge in Terminal 1, I remember ITA at the moment still flies at T2, with Executive Volare status.

If this indication is confirmed, it would mean full recognition of Volare status to everyone, even those who do not fly ITA, but other LH group carriers.
