Terms and conditions
1. ALL general terms and conditions apply to the ""New Participating Hotels x4″"" offer and you must be an ALL member to take advantage of it.
2. To qualify for this offer, members of the ALL loyalty program must register for the offer (between 17/03/2025 and 11/05/2025 at 23:59 Central European Time (CET)) by clicking on the "Register" button above and then follow the instructions. Only bookings made after registration via the login button are eligible for this bonus offer.
3. This offer allows ALL members, regardless of their level, to multiply their Reward point earnings by 4 for a stay at one of the hotels participating in the ALL loyalty program.
Points earned are calculated based on the value of points credited to the member by the hotel at the end of an eligible stay, according to the general conditions of the ALL program and based on the Classic level.
At the end of the stay, points are credited in two stages:
1/ credited points corresponding to the value of the points the ALL member would have received if he/she had not benefited from the offer;
2/ Credit the additional Reward points granted under the offer, corresponding to the delta of Reward points yet to be credited, compared to those the ALL member has already received, to achieve at the end of the two credits a total gain of Reward points multiplied by 4.
For example, an ALL member who has accumulated 250 Level points and 250 Reward points for an eligible stay will receive in addition:
250 additional Reward points for an offer that multiplies X2 points
500 additional Reward points for an offer that multiplies points X3
750 additional Reward points for an offer that multiplies X4 points
This offer can be used only 1 time(s) per member during its validity period. The first stay booked and made after registration for the offer is entitled to Reward points under the terms of the offer.

5. The stay must be at least one (1) night.
6. Consecutive stays (check-out and check-in on the same day) at the same hotel are considered as one stay. This one stay is valid once for the ""New participating hotels x4″"" offer.
7. Under this offer, a stay is understood to be one (1) reservation by an ALL member, regardless of the number of rooms included in the reservation. A reservation made by a member for multiple rooms will be considered as for one (1) stay. The first departure date is taken into consideration and Reward and Level points are credited. In other words, an ALL member will earn points and eligible nights for the room he/she leaves first.
8. To be eligible for the offer, any stay must be booked through Accor's distribution channels (Accor websites, ALL mobile apps, ALL reservation center, hotels) and traditional travel agencies that use a GDS automatically connected to the Accor reservation center. Therefore, you will not be able to take advantage of this offer if your stay was booked through a third-party retailer, tour operator, or online travel agency (such as expedia.com, booking.com, etc.).
9. When making a reservation, you must provide your ALL loyalty card number and present the card at the hotel front desk upon check-in.
10. Reward ALL points will be credited to the member's account within 10 days after the end of the hotel stay.
11. This offer is subject to availability. The general terms and conditions of public rates specific to each hotel apply.
Stays made at onefinestay are not eligible for this offer.
Accor, the hotels and/or partners participating in this offer assume no liability for non-performance or unavailability of the offer due to an external and unavoidable event that makes the performance of Accor, the hotels and/or partners participating in this offer impossible or disproportionately burdensome. No compensation will be due to customers or partners, and any benefits under the offer (particularly Reward points) will not be due if the offer cannot be honored under such circumstances.
