Slowly, as they say, ITA Airways Increasingly enters the world Miles&More. After the announcement of the sale of codeshare flights between AZ and LH group airlines, now also begins the codeshare links with the Polish company LOT Polish Airlines.

Going into specifics, as of today, April 10, 2025, LOT's "LO" code will be added to ITA Airways' domestic flights connecting Rome-Fiumicino with ten Italian cities, including Bologna, Bari, Catania, Genoa, Florence, Naples, Palermo, Lamezia Terme and Turin. ITA, on the other hand, for its part, will apply its "AZ" code to flights operated by LOT between Warsaw and Rome. In short, passengers will be able, therefore, benefit from the extensive networks Of both companies.

Codeshare connections can already be booked either through the official websites of the two carriers or through OTAs and travel agencies.

LOT Polish Airlines, founded in 1929, operates a fleet of 86 aircraft (24 Boeing 737s, 15 B787 'Dreamliner' B787s, 5 Embraer E195-E2s, 5 ERJ-170s, 15 ERJ-175s, 8 ERJ-190s and 16 ERJ-195s) and flies daily to 3 Italian airports: Rome-Fiumicino, Milan-Malpensa e Venice.
