With the end of the COVID-19 pandemic, we can say that we are back to the 'former world', at least as far as the travel industry is concerned: for the past couple of years, in fact, the question of flights to and from the United States is grown exponentially which is why the companies decided to upgrade existing routes and create new ones.

United, for example, one of the big three American airlines, during summer 2025 will fly to 4 Italian airports: let's find out in detail all routes served during the summer season that has just begun.
We start with theRome-Fiumicino Airport. United connects the "Da Vinci" with 5 destinations stars and stripes: Chicago (ORD), Washington (IAD), New York (EWR), San Francisco (SFO) and, as of next May 2, also Denver. Routes to ORD and IAD are served by one flight per day and operated, respectively, by the Boeing 787 'Dreamliner' and from the B767.
Until next December 2, however, there will be two daily flights between FCO and the Big Apple (the former takes off at 11:00 a.m., while the latter departs at 12:55 p.m.); 6 frequencies per week regarding the connection to SFO, operated by Boeing 767s; finally, the route to Denver is served by one connection per day, operated by 787s.
Regarding the Milan-Malpensa airport, United flies daily To two cities in the US: Chicago e New York; these routes are served by B787s and 777s, respectively, both equipped with 3 classes of service (business, premium economy and economy class).
From theVenice "Marco Polo" airport, on the other hand, United flies daily on both the Newark of New York both on the Dulles International Airport in Washington (starting next May 23). Both routes are operated by the now elderly Boeing 767s, outfitted with 3 classes: business - the "Polaris" - premium economy and economy. Finally, United connects the "Capodichino" of Naples with New York (EWR): operations include one flight per day, scheduled to depart at 09:45; again, the aircraft used on this route is the Boeing 767 (in the -300 or -400 variant).
